What are the terms of the Return Policy?
● Customers can return their order only if there is a genuine manufacturing defect, however, they need to notify us within 48 hours after an order has been delivered.
● In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at (email@example.com) and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or it can be exchanged by other designs of the same value which a customer likes.
● If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can contact us on the number or email us on (firstname.lastname@example.org)
● Goods sold under any Discount Schemes/ any Offer/ sale or purchased with redeemable discount codes are non-refundable.
● Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
How does the Return Process work?
● You can only apply for a Return from your Zola account. Login to your account and go to the ‘My Orders’ section. Click on ‘View/Edit Order Details’ for the respective order.
● Self-Ship: Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit Money in your account.
How to initiate a Return/Exchange?
● Write to us at email@example.com with full details.
[I.e. Name, Order No., Invoice, Contact Number and Reason for return/exchange (Proper pictures of the product received – in case of replacement query)]
● Self-Ship: Since we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us.

● Please pack the products securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
● All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached, invoice and packaging intact.
● Note: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

● Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
● Shipping charges are one-time charges and are non-refundable.
● The final decision and sole authority with regards to any refunds or replacements on the purchase/s made online through our official E-commerce portal ( https://zola.in/ ) lies with our brand (© Zola Pragati Fashions). Our final decision to either approve or disapprove such refunds/replacements will be based on the genuineness of the claim, which will be verified by our Customer Experience Team.
● Your request will be fulfilled according to Zola’s returns/replacement policies.

Delivery may take from 5-7 days depending on your order and pin code.
Zola delivery partners will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts Zola reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the order confirmation page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and the estimated delivery time to your location.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to:
- Bad weather
- Flight delays
- Political disruptions
- Act of God like flood, earthquake, Tsunami etc
- Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
We may charge you with a shipping charge (inclusive of tax) in some cases. The communication shall be available to you at the time of placing the order.
In case of refund of the product, the refund of the shipping charges will be done as per the refund policy.
